Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Insulation Service Professional to join our hybrid sales and service team. This role involves installing insulation, conducting energy audits, and selling specialty pest control services. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, customer service, and technical skills.
Details
Full-time position: $20 - $25 per hour
Hybrid role combining sales and service
Opportunity to sell specialty pest control services and traditional services
Focus on closing sales and generating revenue
Responsibilities include installing insulation, applying vapor barriers, performing pest control treatments, conducting energy audits, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
Reliable: Establishes and upholds company culture and values, maintains punctuality and responsibility, and manages tasks effectively
People person: Keeps the workplace positive, adapts to different personalities, and builds strong relationships with colleagues
Tech literate: Proficient with common software, capable of learning new tools quickly, and familiar with Google Workspace
Problem solver: Prioritizes understanding issues, pays attention to details, and seeks ways to improve processes
Operational efficiency: Understands and optimizes workflow strategies to enhance productivity
Cross-functional collaboration: Works well with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Task management: Uses task management software to organize and prioritize tasks
Experience: Must pass background checks, drug screenings, and have a valid driver's license
Physical labor experience: Able to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various environments
Insulation experience preferred
