Responsibilities

• Provide resources for support, training, and schedule maintenance.
• Aid projects in the establishment of baseline schedules, updates, schedule documentation, and modification.
• Produce or assist in the development of preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and ensure quality.
• Design all project schedules and contract agreements, ensuring data integrity throughout the project life cycle, and prepare required reports to support clients.
• Produce monthly status reports for upper management, highlighting vital schedule information for ongoing projects and explaining any changes from the previous month.
• Support project teams with schedule narratives to explain discrepancies from month to month.
• Conduct schedule analysis and time impact analysis exercises for project teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience in an industrial setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States; Austin Industrial is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
