Responsibilities
- Create Impactful Engineering Deliverables: Produce precise and error-free drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations, ensuring every project is built on a solid foundation of accuracy
- Set the Standard: Develop engineering documents that not only meet but surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements, adhering to processes that guarantee excellence every step of the way
- Stay on the Cutting Edge: Continuously enhance your expertise in industry codes, safety culture principles, and advanced design techniques, staying ahead in the dynamic nuclear sector
- Cultivate Strong Client Connections: Build trust and lasting relationships through clear communication, professional engagement, and the consistent delivery of superior engineering results
- Collaborate for Success: Partner seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, well-rounded designs that meet diverse project requirements
- Take Your Expertise on-Site: Engage directly with client personnel, perform detailed plant walkdowns, and ensure all structures, systems, and components meet the highest engineering standards
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications for our mid-level position: Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems
- Experience in one of the following industries highly preferred: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, energy, and government (DOE) projects
- Good writing, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
- Proficient in Word and Excel

Senior Engineers
- 7 years of post-graduate experience in a related role
Principal Engineers
- 10 years of post-graduate experience in a related role
Compensation
The compensation range listed is a good-faith estimate of the compensation expected for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. Some positions may be performed remotely in one or more U.S. states. Compensation is aligned with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects expected compensation at the time of posting.
