About the role

The Instrument Scientist / Associate Scientist will be responsible for developing and optimizing bioanalytical methods for drug product formulations. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure method performance meets regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for drug product formulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize methods for various drug products
  • Perform method validation including accuracy, precision, linearity, robustness, and specificity
  • Support method transfer to other laboratories as needed
  • Contribute to the development of new bioanalytical techniques and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical methods development
  • Experience with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS)
  • Knowledge of FDA guidelines and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
  • Experience with multiple bioanalytical techniques
  • Expertise in method development and validation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in LC-MS and related bioanalytical techniques

Pay

  • $60,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time
