INSTRUCTOR-PROFESSIONAL STUDIES & LEARNING

To design courses and develop curriculum

• Create and implement curriculum for face-to-face and online courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Lead instruction for courses and workshops in academic writing, mentoring, and leadership.
• Serve as lead instructor and program coordinator for one or more graduate certificates in the Office of Interdisciplinary Graduate and Professional Studies (IGPS).
• Contribute to and develop other certificates as qualified.
• Design courses and develop curriculum in IGPS graduate certificates and programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage students enrolled in Office of Professional Studies & Experiential Learning (OPSEL) Certificate Programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with community partners to develop and deliver free information sessions, workshops, and seminars to meet the needs of the campus community.

Requirements

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in a related field.
• (3) years of related experience.

Preferred

• Experience in course development and teaching at the graduate level.
