Instructor - Part Time (Mathematics Applicant Pool)

Position Information

The number of part-time instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the department. The Instructor-Part Time (Applicant Pool) applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Your application will remain in this applicant pool and be reviewed on an as needed basis.

Required Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mathematics or a Master’s degree in a related area with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Mathematics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years college level teaching experience.

• Writing Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Noise Level: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
