Job Summary: Classroom Instructor
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree and a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in developmental education and/or teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years teaching experience at a Community College.
Physical Requirements
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Physical Demands: Regularly stand, use hands to handle or feel, talk or hear, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, taste or smell, lift up to 10 lbs., occasionally lift up to 25 lbs., correct vision, and tolerance to laboratory chemicals.
