Job Summary

The Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California (USC) invites applications for multiple full-time clinical faculty positions within the Department of Occupational Therapy at Keck Hospital of USC & Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. We are hiring for distinct roles across several adult rehabilitation service areas, with opportunities for clinicians to float between practice settings as service needs require.

About the Role

This position is available starting September 1, 2026. Applicants must have a broad range of experience serving adult physical rehabilitation populations and a current license to practice occupational therapy in California. The position offers full-time employment (100%, 40 hours per week) at Keck Medical Center of USC, with a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 FTE, monthly: $6,666 - $8,333 (actual salary to be negotiated based on experience).

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services in diverse practice areas including Cardiopulmonary & Transplant rehabilitation, Lymphedema management, Oncology rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal & orthopedic rehabilitation, Chronic condition management, and Hand therapy.
  • Work in focused specialty areas or gain exposure to multiple service lines within the dynamic academic medical center.
  • Contribute to patient care, clinical teaching, and program development in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Requirements

  • A current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
  • Broad experience serving adult physical rehabilitation populations.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Cardiopulmonary & Transplant rehabilitation, Lymphedema management, Oncology rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal & orthopedic rehabilitation, Chronic condition management, and Hand therapy.

QualificationsMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
  • Experience in adult physical rehabilitation.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Cardiopulmonary & Transplant rehabilitation, Lymphedema management, Oncology rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal & orthopedic rehabilitation, Chronic condition management, and Hand therapy.
