Instructional Technologist

Responsibilities

• Support a dynamic specialized training program as part of a team
• Consult with instructors to determine instructional requirements and solutions
• Manage training design projects and collaborate with technical designers
• Analyze training needs and develop engaging learning interventions
• Create and update online training content across various mediums

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant work experience (10+ with Master's)
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods
• Demonstrated experience with the ADDIE model and adult learning theories
• Proficient in developing online, instructor-led, and ADA-compliant training materials

Pay

$105,300 – $190,350 annually
