About the role
The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive asset forfeiture training program aligned with organizational mission requirements. This role involves managing a curriculum consisting of 5 courses (25–30 modules each) covering the full asset lifecycle, financial management, and legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational mission requirements.
- Manage a curriculum consisting of 5 courses (25–30 modules each).
- Deliver practical, role-based, and performance-oriented training in both physical classroom and virtual environments.
- Utilize formal training and instructional techniques, blended learning, workshops, simulations, case studies, and microlearning events.
- Manage virtual sessions and track enrollment through MS Teams, Webex, and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Requirements
- Security Clearance: Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, adult education, curriculum and instruction, or related degree (graduate degree in education or related fields preferred).
- Experience - Methodological Knowledge: At least five (5) years of work experience with formal training and instructional techniques classroom and virtual instruction; blended learning; workshops; simulations; case studies; and microlearning events.
- Instructional Track Record: Proven professional teaching and facilitation experience spanning both physical classroom and virtual environments.
- Advanced Software Proficiency: Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Office and corporate productivity suites, specifically: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; Microsoft Visio (process mapping); Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking).
- Delivery Platforms: Familiarity or direct experience managing virtual sessions and tracking enrollment through MS Teams, Webex, and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Qualifications

Pay
$80,000 – $105,000 annually.
