About the role

Instructional Systems Designer responsible for designing and developing technical training. Conduct in-depth assessments including individual and organizational performance diagnostics to identify appropriate solutions for performance needs. Design, develop, and implement learning solutions and evaluation that achieve critical business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical training programs
• Conduct in-depth assessments for individual and organizational performance diagnostics
• Identify appropriate solutions for performance needs
• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions and evaluation
• Apply specific instructional strategies
• Conduct research using a variety of methods
• Work effectively with teams of subject matter experts and management
• Collaborate with skilled trades subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement training

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of design and development experience within a corporate setting
• Extensive consulting and needs assessment experience

Preferred Skills

• Instructional design experience in virtual and graphic formats
• Written and video instructional design experience
