About the role

Every day as an Instructional Support Specialist you will assist the children in your care with their individualized plans for daily life, support the children with classroom activities, ensure the students are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment, and participate in the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of the client.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associates Degree or completion of two years of post-secondary education from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills

Pay

$17.50 - $19.95 (based upon experience and education)

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position)
