Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions
- Maintain computer testing and accommodations testing rooms.
- Prepare room in advance of scheduled exams.
- Maintain Chromebook(s) (charging, cleaning, storing).
- Monitor Chromebook(s) to assure operational status and troubleshoot common problems.
- Restore testing area to its previous arrangement prior to exiting following exams.
- Manage test scheduling and related procedures.
- Develop exam schedule in partnership with Program Director and Faculty.
- Proctor computer-based exams, including course exams, Kaplan exams, retakes, math exams, etc.
- Validate appropriate identification for admission to exam.
- Absorb students to log into exam.
- Troubleshoot testing issues as necessary.
- Monitor exam process and progress.
- Enforce all rules and regulations as necessary.
- Follow established protocol for integrity breaches.
- Provide technical assistance to faculty and students related to testing.
- Maintain and update knowledge of current operating technology.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Director and Office Manager as needed.
- Perform various tasks, assignments, and projects as directed (open houses, site tours, etc.).
- Perform additional duties as requested by Program Director, nursing faculty, and Office Manager.
- Maintain and manage individual and group scheduling and calendars.

Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Experience
- Experience with MS Office software and Windows environments, Experience in a higher education environment is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is strongly preferred, but not required.
Education/Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred.
