Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students under the direction of certificated staff.

Requirements

• Proof of passing the Instructional Assistant Proficiency Test for the Napa Valley Unified School District, or one of the following:
  • Current California Teaching Credential
  • AA degree or higher
  • At least 48 college units
  • Passing the CBEST (California Basic Education Skills Test)
• Fingerprinting and background check
• Verification of freedom from Tuberculosis
• Verification of I-9 Employment Eligibility
• Verification of Covid-19 Vaccine

Qualifications

• Complete application with a current resume
• Three letters of recommendation (1 from a current or former employer, 2 personal)

Pay

$21.05 - $23.24 per hour (starting salary dependent on experience)

Schedule

4 hours per day / 195 days per year (part-time)
