About the role

The Instructional Specialist supports, develops, and coaches teachers to increase content knowledge and skills for effective teaching and learning. This grant‑funded (Title I, Part A, renewable annually) position works under the Director of Teaching and Learning and reports to the school principal. The role involves 200 days worked per year (10 months) and may require travel, attendance at school meetings outside the instructional day, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
