What You Will Do
- Create and revise curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources aligned to organizational standards and objectives
- Create large-scale training programs for sales and service audiences
- Design learning experiences that incorporate best practices in pedagogy, adult learning theory, and instructional design
- Analyze learner performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Develop assessments that measure business and learning outcomes
- Provide guidance and coaching to instructors/facilitators on curriculum implementation
- Recommend innovative tools, methods, and resources to improve learning experiences
- Leverage high impact instructional design methodology to create engaging learning content and interactive learning experiences aligned to business results
- Develop solutions that create powerful targeted learning experiences in a variety of modalities: virtual classrooms, eLearning, video, learning pathway, instructor-led, etc
- Contribute to the evaluation and selection of learning technologies for the organization
- Apply ADDIE to create learning assets
- Must be proficient with creating design documents, storyboards, etc
- Responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects directing the work of internal and external resources
- Leverage standard learning project management practices and tools including: charter, scope, schedule, budget, risk and dashboard
- Accountable for projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Manage multiple projects, from end-to-end training, including deployment and collaborating with operations and program managers
- Partner with leaders, sponsors and subject matter experts to identify opportunities where training can enable and drive business results
- Produce needs analysis, high impact learning maps and learner personas that deliver innovative, performance-based learning outcomes
- Conduct needs assessments to determine curriculum opportunities and priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning, Education, or Technical Communication, or Human Resources
- 6-8 years Instructional Design experience
- Experience with Design & Development of ILT, VILT, and eLearning
- 1-3 years project management and building learning and design project plans
- Experience with highly technical training topics
- Proficient with these authoring and delivery tools: Adobe Suite, SnagIt, Canva, Camtasia, Learning Pathway (Intrepid), Cornerstone, SharePoint

Pay Range
- The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400k- $132,800K and 10% bonus.
