  • Apply eLearning accessibility standards and best practices throughout course design and development to create inclusive learning experiences.
  • Create and maintain professional training presentations and supporting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Assist with maintaining, revising, and modernizing existing courses as requirements, processes, or content change.
  • Develop knowledge checks, examinations, performance assessments, and evaluation instruments to measure learner comprehension and training effectiveness.
  • Review evaluation and performance data to determine training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Perform quality reviews to ensure learning materials are accurate, consistent, accessible, user-friendly, and compliant with organizational standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent learning projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and communicate project status, risks, questions, and dependencies to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and operate effectively in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional instructional design, learning design, or training development experience; mid-level candidates with approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience are strongly aligned with the position.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate 360 for eLearning development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing interactive eLearning courses from concept through completion.
  • Experience applying accessibility principles to eLearning, including designing learning content for diverse learner populations.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience developing supporting instructional materials such as facilitator guides, learner guides, job aids, assessments, and performance-support resources.
