Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain training assets that support sales onboarding with their use of the MSI product suite, including, but not limited to, instructor guides, student workbooks, PowerPoints, and a variety of online assets.
  • Write effective instructional content for a variety of deliverables, including lesson plans, guides, online content, and more.
  • Follow a scalable and repeatable process in the scoping, creation, and maintenance of content.
  • Utilize multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments to enhance the effectiveness of learning materials.
  • Manage and monitor training assets and courses in the LMS.
  • Work closely with team leads to ensure training content is focused on the right content, filling knowledge gaps, and appropriate.
  • Collaborate with SMEs across the organization in producing high-quality and effective training assets.
  • Stay current on product releases and updates to ensure that enablement content remains technically accurate and aligns with product features and use cases.
  • Work under tight timelines without compromising the quality of work.
  • Show strong aptitude to learn new technology and software quickly and be able to convey the meaning of complex concepts clearly to a broad audience.
  • Knowledge of ILT and OLT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methods.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment.

Skills

  • Strong background in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems, learning management systems, and technical communication.
  • Knowledge of graphic and video editors such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Premier Pro, Articulate Storyline, and Vyond.
  • Experience in supporting a sales organization or onboarding program.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of designing and developing training content or related experience.
  • Travel Requirements: 10-25%
