Instructional Designer

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the securities industry, focusing on regulatory, compliance, training, or broker-dealer content development.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise instructional materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Prioritize managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in standard software applications; experience with eLearning development tools is beneficial but not mandatory.

Nice To Have Skills

• Background in building educational or training content, preferably in compliance or certification programs.
• Experience liaising with regulatory organizations and industry groups.
• Financial industry terminology knowledge is advantageous, though not a strict requirement.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Experience within a regulated industry, particularly in CE or certification program development.
