Instructional Designer

Job Title: Learning Experience Designer - Junior Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity supporting compliance learning initiatives within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Our team is looking for a learning professional who can design engaging, accessible, and scalable training experiences that help employees understand policies, ethics, and compliance expectations. Responsibilities Design and develop learning solutions across eLearning, microlearning, video, communications, and performance support formats.Support the annual review, refresh, development, and deployment of enterprise compliance training programs.Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning needs, objectives, and content requirements.Manage multiple projects, including intake, scheduling, reviews, revisions, approvals, deployment, and documentation. Required: Learning Experience Designer with 3-6 years of experience in a professional setting.Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training.Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, and multimedia learning assets.Experience supporting translation and localization of learning content.Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience supporting compliance, ethics, legal, risk, or policy-related training initiatives.Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Review 360.Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and SCORM publishing standards.Preferred software experience: Workday.
