Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Update existing eLearning modules, including screenshots, videos, and related learning assets, to reflect a refreshed user interface.
• Revise instructional content to ensure training materials remain accurate, clear, and user-friendly.
• Work within established learning design processes to maintain consistency across updated modules.
• Use instructional design tools to edit, enhance, and publish content as needed.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to help deliver timely updates to learning materials.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of instructional design experience.
• Hands-on experience with instructional design tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
• Experience with Synthesia.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, accurate work.
• Able to update content efficiently while maintaining a learner-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Articulate is preferred.
• Background updating digital learning content for system or interface changes.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset when managing project updates.
