Responsibilities

  • Develop and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development.
  • Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
  • Assess needs; analyze necessary outcomes and implement appropriate learning and development design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain instructional training materials (Instructor-Led and eLearning) including course curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids and other content using established and effective ISD methodology.
  • Provide recommendations on the most effective delivery modality.
  • Work in partnership with subject matter experts to gather information needed to develop training content.
  • Apply best practices in online instructional design and current theoretical frameworks.
  • Keep training content up-to-date in a timely manner to ensure employees have most current information.
  • Manage pre-and post-learning activities, communications and materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of courses, update program, and continuously improve the quality of training & development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional System Design, or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • At least three years’ experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Articulate360, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, SABA, UKG, Workday, various LMSs, Camtasia, Wrike, Trello, Zoho, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, WebEx, Zoom, Zendesk, Salesforce, Live Chat, SaaS, Various CRMs, Slack, Jira, Gainsight, Gong, Salesloft, Hubspot, Click-up, Monday, AI Tools.
