Instructional Coach

About the role

Responsible for the coordination and administration of instructional programming, including coaching of teachers, modeling, and supporting classroom instruction, and working with teachers to successfully implement the District's instructional programming.

Responsibilities

• Coaching of teachers
• Modeling instructional practices
• Supporting classroom instruction
• Collaborating with teachers to implement district-wide instructional programming

Certifications Required

• Completed a Master's degree in Education with extensive coursework and experience in instructional practices
• Classroom teaching experience of 5-7 years with a valid Missouri teaching certificate
