About the role

The successful candidate will provide instructional support to teachers in implementing district-wide initiatives and improving student achievement. They will collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in implementing district-wide initiatives and improving student achievement
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies and provide feedback
• Assist in the development and implementation of professional development programs
• Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in data analysis to inform instructional decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Master's degree in education or related field preferred
• At least three years of teaching experience
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teachers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and administrators

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current educational theories and practices
• Experience with data-driven decision making
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
