Instructional Assistant

Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) is seeking several dedicated Instructional Assistants to join our team and help high school students succeed in a hands-on, career-focused learning environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Proficiency in math, reading, and writing
• Specialized training and/or experience working with youth preferred
• Work experience in any technical trade is a plus

Pay

Starting salary is $16.20/hour with annual increases.

Schedule

• Full-time (32.5 hours per week)
• Work schedule congruent with the school calendar (189 days)
• Summers off, no night or weekend work
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break
• All major holidays off
