Instore Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join 1915 South, owner and operator of 30 Ashley stores and 3 distribution centers across the Southeast. As an In-Store Warehouse Associate, you’ll be part of the #1 Furniture Brand in the world and have the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within.

Responsibilities

• Remove sold product from the sales floor, wrap and store products for customer delivery, or load product into customer vehicle for pickup
• Partner with the Visual Lead and Manager to coordinate prepping the store floor for incoming merchandise
• Repair floor samples
• Organize and maintain the warehouse, perform general housekeeping duties, and manage cardboard trailers/dumpsters
• Perform building maintenance and simple repairs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse functions
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds and 150 pounds with assistance
• Team player mindset
• Commitment to getting the job done
• Must pass a drug test and background check
