We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting: Position: Institutional Sales Summer Intern Location: New York Department: Sales – Institutional Reporting to: Head of Institutional Sales FLSA Status (US Staff only): Non-Exempt Full Time Summer Summary: VanEck is a privately held global asset management firm founded in 1955. Our program spans 10 weeks and runs from June 7 – August 13. If you are looking to pursue a career in sales and looking to gain a valuable hands-on experience while working with talented individuals, apply now! Essential Duties And Responsibilities Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed: Research Sales Prospecting DataThoughtful mining of databases to develop allocations to competitor funds approved by consultant. This is an effort to reverse engineer known information with the intention of improving effectiveness of institutional teamGather and prioritize marketing outlooks, whitepapers and positioning of our major competitorsDetermine institutional clients of our largest competitors in order to build a reliable marketing databaseOther tasks and creative efforts to provide our institutional sales team with a steady and repeatable information advantage by market segmentLogisticsAssist in planning, preparation and creation of materials for institutional team meetings and summer meetingBecome knowledgeable about our institutional market segments, including Public and Private Pensions, Foundations and Endowments, Family Offices, Investment Consultants and Private Banks Qualifications Proven interest in business development, sales data/analytics and research. Good communication skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructionsA working knowledge of Internet, MS Word and Excel is helpful but not requiredA “roll-up your sleeves” work ethic Education And/or Experience Currently entering junior level (3rd year) or beyond within a 4-year college programSome experience within a corporate environment is helpful but not required Compensation The maximum hourly rate for this position is $25 an hour VanEck is committed to treating all applicants and employees fairly and to providing equal opportunity in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws. VanEck does not and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, religion, ancestry, color, gender, gender identity, pregnancy, age, physical or mental disability, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship status, covered-veteran or military status, genetic information, and/or any other factor protected by law. We need to remove EEO boilerplate (the last paragraph). Also remove application instructions (like "apply now!" maybe considered application instruction? The instruction says "If you are looking to pursue a career in sales and looking to gain a valuable hands-on experience while working with talented individuals, apply now!" That's an application instruction; we should remove it. Also "If you are a high-energy individual ... we would like to speak with you." That's also kind of call to action but maybe not strictly instruction; but it's part of summary. Might keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. The phrase "apply now!" is definitely an instruction. Also "If you are looking to pursue a career in sales and looking to gain a valuable hands-on experience while working with talented individuals, apply now!" is also instruction. So we should remove those sentences. Also remove duplicated lines? There's no duplication aside from maybe repeated "VanEck’s Summer Intern Program includes exposure across the firm through educational, mentorship, and networking events." Not duplicated. We need to decide sections: We have summary (About the role). Could be "About the role". Then responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities). Then qualifications (Qualifications). Then maybe "Education And/or Experience" could be part of qualifications. Could combine. Also we have compensation: "The maximum hourly rate for this position is $25 an hour". That's pay info, so we can create a Pay section. Also schedule: "Our program spans 10 weeks and runs from June 7 – August 13." That's schedule info, so we can create a Schedule section. Benefits: Not explicitly mentioned besides maybe exposure, mentorship, networking events, senior management exposure, understanding industry, learn critical business skills, shadow all areas and teams of sales team, build network, challenge knowledge, drive career path. Those could be considered benefits but they are more like program features. The instruction says only create Benefits section if posting actually states them. It does mention "VanEck’s Summer Intern Program includes exposure across the firm through educational, mentorship, and networking events." Also "As an Intern, you will also be exposed to the firm’s senior management, gain an understanding of the financial services industry and learn critical business skills." Also "Our internship program will build more than just your resume — it will challenge your knowledge, build your network and drive your career path." Those could be considered benefits. However they are not explicit benefits like health insurance etc. But they are program benefits. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can combine benefits into About the role or responsibilities? But we have a schedule and pay sections definitely. Could we have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. That seems sufficient. Benefits could be omitted as they are covered in About the role. We must not create sections with filler text. Ensure each section has substantive content. Now we need to format: Use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus for responsibilities we have a list of duties. The responsibilities text is a bit run-on; we need to parse into list items. The text: "Research Sales Prospecting DataThoughtful mining of databases to develop allocations to competitor funds approved by consultant. This is an effort to reverse engineer known information with the intention of improving effectiveness of institutional teamGather and prioritize marketing outlooks, whitepapers and positioning of our major competitorsDetermine institutional clients of our largest competitors in order to build a reliable marketing databaseOther tasks and creative efforts to provide our institutional sales team with a steady and repeatable information advantage by market segmentLogisticsAssist in planning, preparation and creation of materials for institutional team meetings and summer meetingBecome knowledgeable about our institutional market segments, including Public and Private Pensions, Foundations and Endowments, Family Offices, Investment Consultants and Private Banks" We need to split into sensible list items. Likely items: - Research Sales Prospecting Data: thoughtful mining of databases to develop allocations to competitor funds approved by consultant; this is an effort to reverse engineer known information with the intention of improving effectiveness of institutional team. - Gather and prioritize marketing outlooks, whitepapers and positioning of our major competitors. - Determine institutional clients of our largest competitors in order to build a reliable marketing database. - Other tasks and creative efforts to provide our institutional sales team with a steady and repeatable information advantage by market segment. - Logistics: Assist in planning, preparation and creation of materials for institutional team meetings and summer meeting. - Become knowledgeable about our institutional market segments, including Public and Private Pensions, Foundations and Endowments, Family Offices, Investment Consultants and Private Banks. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details as given. We can break them but must keep the content. Now qualifications: "Proven interest in business development, sales data/analytics and research. Good communication skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructionsA working knowledge of Internet, MS Word and Excel is helpful but not requiredA “roll-up your sleeves” work ethic Education And/or Experience Currently entering junior level (3rd year) or beyond within a 4-year college programSome experience within a corporate environment is helpful but not required" We need to parse into list items maybe: Proven interest in business development, sales data/analytics and research. Good communication skills. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Working knowledge of Internet, MS Word and Excel is helpful but not required. “Roll-up your sleeves” work ethic. Currently entering junior level (3rd year) or beyond within a 4-year college program. Some experience within a corporate environment is helpful but not required. We can make a

      • for each. Now Pay: "The maximum hourly rate for this position is $25 an hour." That's a sentence; we can put in

. Schedule: "Our program spans 10 weeks and runs from June 7 – August 13." Also maybe mention full time? The FLSA Status says Non-Exempt Full Time Summer. That's also schedule info. Could include that. But we should not invent. The posting includes "FLSA Status (US Staff only): Non-Exempt Full Time Summer". That's schedule info. So we can include that as part of schedule section. Also "Our program spans 10 weeks and runs from June 7 – August 13." So schedule section can have both. Now About the role: We need to include summary content minus application instructions and EEO. Let's extract summary: "VanEck is a privately held global asset management firm founded in 1955. We develop forward-looking, intelligently designed, active and ETF strategies that strengthen long-term portfolios. We will provide qualified individuals with outstanding education and growth opportunities. If you are a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic, excellent team skills, and outstanding communication skills, we would like to speak with you. We need to remove the application instruction sentences: "If you are looking to pursue a career in sales and looking to gain a valuable hands-on experience while working
