Institutional Chauffeur (Part-Time)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive JMU students, faculty, and staff using various modes of transportation such as sedans, vans, and SUV’s.
• Manage trips involving weekdays, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 24 months.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must be able to work well with faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
• Knowledge of trip routing, managing trip logs, and detailed reporting.
• Excellent customer service, planning, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends, including days, evenings, and nights.

Additional Posting Information

• Conditions of Employment: Criminal background check and acceptable MVR required.
• This is a part-time wage position working up to an average of 29 hours per week over the course of a calendar year with no benefits.
