Installers/Foreman/ Laborers for Family-Owned Fence Company

About the role

We are looking for reliable, honest, hard-working, motivated installers for high-end fencing with a drive to beat expectations. Enthusiasm, personality, and communication skills are a real plus. Minimum age of 18 required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Installation of fencing and related products as a foreman or laborer
• Daily activities may include standing, running, walking, crawling, kneeling, climbing, squatting, bending at the neck and waist, twisting at the neck and waist, reaching above and below shoulders, pushing and pulling, fine manipulation, power and simple grasping, and repetitive use of hand(s) and arm(s)
• Regular attendance and ability to work as directed and well with others as a team

Requirements

• Ability to work with weights of 76 to 100 lbs. or more
• Activities require considerable use of your arms, legs, upper body, and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
• Carpentry or landscape experience is a great plus
• Overtime offered when work is available
