About the Role
Laborers work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. You’ll help prepare job sites, handle materials, use hand and power tools, and install fencing systems to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and want to build valuable construction skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools to trench and prepare pathways
- Patch and repair concrete and asphalt surfaces as needed
- Assist in digging holes, setting fence posts, and installing fencing systems
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Measure and lay out project areas according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (required for employment)
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to safety
