Responsibilities

• Build new fences and decks — wood, vinyl, chain link, composite (we train you)
• Repair work: post replacements, gate fixes, deck board and railing repairs
• Set posts, run lines, frame decks, work with power tools you already know
• Show up on time, do quality work, go home

Requirements

• Experience in ANY hands-on trade: carpentry, decks, framing, remodeling, landscaping, or serious handyman work
• Ability to read a tape measure and cut straight
• Valid driver's license and reliable way to get to the shop
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
