Your Responsibilities

• Repair and install garage door parts and equipment
• Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, replace worn or broken door parts, install new equipment, and replace springs
• Educate customers about their options and repair the issue
• Sell services to customers using a good/better/best model
• Collect payment from customers
• Manage inventory in your vehicle

Basic Position Requirements

• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Able to work in various temperatures
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the garage door industry (preferred but not required)
• Ability to use a computer and/or tablet
• Ability to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment
