Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and Repair – Repair garage doors, door operators, replace worn or broken parts, and install new equipment.
• Educate the Customer – Explain repair options and ensure customers understand the work performed.
• Sell Service, Repairs, and New Equipment – Use a good/better/best model to sell services and collect payments.
• Manage Inventory in Your Vehicle – Ensure you have the right equipment and products for the job.
