Installation Trainer- Roseville
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit existing and new processes during visits to homeowner work sites.
- Train and coach associates on technical capabilities and Signature Service.
- Conduct hands-on product installation training both at the facility and on the jobsite.
- Ensure compliance with RbA's installation process, procedures and local building codes.
- Teach and deliver Signature Service, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the A/W Brand.
- Understand and apply the "Critical Performance Factors" of proper window installation.
- Ensure newly learned skills are consistently applied.
- Meet or exceed homeowner expectations on the timing of installation processes.
- Ensure that install associates complete scheduled work within allotted timeframe, in alignment with efficiency expectations.
- Routinely evaluate the impact of training on business results.
- Review individual and team installation metrics to determine focus areas of training.
- Develop and deliver specific training to increase effectiveness within identified areas or improvements.
- Increase FTT rate, reduce remakes, enhance construction knowledge, and improve service knowledge.
- Supervise installation process associates, including performance planning, fostering open communication, and answering team concerns and questions.
- Partner with install leaders to ensure safe practices are in place and are followed.
- Ensure that all regulatory required training is completed as appropriate.
- Support the recruiting efforts as needed to meet workforce requirements.
- Train, lead, and develop all associates involved in the installation processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Installation leadership experience, preferred.
- Construction knowledge.
- Decision making.
- Customer orientation.
- Results oriented.
- Training/Coaching.
- Providing performance feedback.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid state driver’s license, preferred.
PAY RANGE
$62,960.00 - $94,440.00

PROFIT SHARING
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
