About the role

Closets by Design, established for over 40 years, specializes in custom home organization systems. The Kent location has been serving the Puget Sound area for over 30 years, designing, manufacturing, and installing custom closets, garages, pantries, home offices, wall beds, and more.

Responsibilities

- Install custom closets, garages, pantries, home offices, wall beds, and other organization systems - Learn installation techniques and finish carpentry from experienced Installers - Safely operate hand and power tools - Load, transport, and install materials - Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites - Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes - Represent Closets by Design with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn - Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated - Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds

Qualifications

No installation or carpentry experience is required. A mechanically inclined individual with a passion for learning is what we're looking for.
