About the role

Provide on-site tech support for customers, assisting with devices and systems such as TV mounting, computer/printer/network support, home theater, smart home installations, and in-wall cable running.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, setups, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service
