Installation Technician

Job Summary

We are hiring Installation Technicians for Louisville locations at 3719 Bardstown Rd. and 9501 Dixie Highway. The role involves installing high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer homes and businesses. The position requires a flexible schedule, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and some ladder safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services
• Work independently at customer homes and businesses
• Solve problems and provide seamless installation
• Meet new people daily while delivering best-in-class service
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Occasionally work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
• Available for overtime, emergency call outs, and holiday work
• Identify wire and cable colors
• Pass pre-employment assessment

Pay

The starting salary is $52,882 per year, with earnings ranging from $19.15 to $31.64 per hour. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available, paid out as follows: $1,000 after 90 days of service, $1,500 after 6 months, and $2,500 after 1 year of service, provided there are no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions.

Schedule

Regular, full-time position with weekly hours of 40.
