We need to strip boilerplate: reference number, department, closing date, rate of pay? Actually Rate of Pay is given: $38.18/hr. That is specific pay, so we should include a Pay section. Also we have benefits described in "What We Offer". So Benefits section.
Schedule? Not mentioned. So no Schedule.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from Description), Responsibilities (Accountabilities), Requirements (maybe Required Certifications + Qualifications - Required?), Qualifications (maybe Preferred?), Skills (maybe from required qualifications like computer literate, communication skills). But we need to avoid duplication and keep only substantive content.
We should decide sections:
- About the role: description paragraph about Installation Technicians climbing towers, installing antenna, etc.
- Responsibilities: list of accountabilities (bulleted). The "Accountabilities" list includes: Perform other duties as assigned; Ensure compliance with all railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations and FRA; Develop and maintain positive working relationships...; Read prints, schematics and technical manuals, have basic understanding of AC & DC theory, Ohms Law, DC and AC charging and rectifying systems; Use a variety of test equipment; Troubleshoot failures, and restore service for variety of RF transceivers.
- Requirements: maybe combine Required Certifications and Qualifications - Required? Could be "Requirements" heading. But we also have "Qualifications - Required". Could treat as "Qualifications". However we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. But we might combine to avoid thin sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should maybe have: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (covering required and preferred), Benefits, Pay.
But we also have Skills: could be part of Qualifications. However we could have a Skills section for things like computer literate, communication skills, reading instructions, etc. But that may be thin.
Better: Have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including required and preferred), Benefits, Pay.
Check if we have any content for "Requirements" separate from Qualifications: The Required Certifications section includes age, driver's license, MVR, CDL, medical requirements. That's more like requirements. Could be under Qualifications - Required. So we can combine.
Thus Qualifications section will contain both required and preferred items.

Thus Qualifications section will contain both required and preferred items.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we need a list. For Qualifications we need a list (maybe split required and preferred). For Benefits we need a list.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like age 21, valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, CDL Class A or can obtain, medical requirements per FMCSA, etc. Also need to include details about education: formal training equivalent to associate's degree or higher in electronics field OR 2+ years experience working with electrical components or electronic equipment. Also need to include computer literate, basic keyboarding skills, proficient verbal/written communication skills, experience reading and understanding instructions.
Preferred: The posting includes "Qualifications - Preferred Physical and Mental Job Requirements Work Conditions". That seems garbled. Actually after "Qualifications - Required" there is "Qualifications - Preferred Physical and Mental Job Requirements Work Conditions". Then a paragraph about Union Pacific strives to attract all available talent... That seems like fluff but maybe it's the preferred qualifications? It doesn't list specific preferred qualifications. It's more about company culture. So we may not have specific preferred qualifications; we can ignore that as boilerplate? The instruction: "Do NOT emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we should not create a Preferred subsection if no specific content. So we can just have Qualifications (required) and maybe note that there are no specific preferred qualifications listed.
But we have "What We Offer" which includes benefits: strengths-based culture, ongoing learning, educational assistance, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, wellness and employee assistance programs. That's benefits.
Pay: Rate of Pay: $38.18/hr.
