About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Access Technician to join our team. We specialize in providing top-quality grab bars, ramps, stairlifts, and home accessibility products for individuals who need mobility solutions, including veterans and other clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and/or perform home evaluations to determine accessibility needs for mobility solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address their concerns.
• Map routes for scheduled appointments efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, installations, and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields preferred; training opportunity offered for the right candidate.
• Ability to use basic tools and follow installation instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.
