Installation Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in outdoor environments. The role offers opportunities for technical problem-solving, building customer relationships, and working actively outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing services at customer premises
• Utilizing hand tools and operating company vehicles safely
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer education
• Building professional relationships with colleagues and clients
• Participating in training, certification programs, and career self-progression plans

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with computers, software, and hand tools
• Effective communication, professionalism, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Physical ability to work outdoors, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces and at heights
• Fluent in English and able to travel as needed

Pay
