About the role
Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in various outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing services at customer premises
- Providing customer education on service use
- Solving technical challenges and troubleshooting issues
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Working outdoors across diverse environments
- Utilizing hand tools and operating company vehicles safely
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with computers and hand tools
- Effective communication, professionalism, and time management
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and in various weather conditions
- Fluent in English and able to travel as needed
