Position Summary
We are seeking 2 skilled Installation Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will report to the Delivery Director. Will be responsible for ensuring zero-defect product delivery, empowering dealer teams to enhance their installation skills and conveying the brand's premium value through professional and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation of the company’s cabinet, wardrobe, and bathroom vanity products in key scenarios such as dealer showrooms, major industry exhibitions, and project model rooms.
- Conduct systematic skill training, assessment and certification for dealer installation teams.
- Develop training plans and improve skills through theoretical instructions, practical demonstrations, and guided practice to ensure the teams meet the company's service standards.
- Provide advanced technical support both remotely and on site for dealer and major client projects.
- Diagnose and resolve complex and challenging technical issues promptly during installation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in the development, writing, and production of various installation guidance materials, such as standardized installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, and instructional videos, thereby contributing to the company's knowledge base.
- Proactively collect and document design, packaging, accessory, or process issues identified during onsite installation. Generate structured reports and provide accurate feedback to Quality, R&D and Production departments to drive continuous product improvement, serving as a "quality sentinel" in the field.
- Strictly adhere to all safety operation procedures at every job site to ensure personal and product safety.
- As a technical expert who interacts directly with customers, consistently maintain a professional and positive image to effectively convey the brand’s value and culture.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or above.
- Majors in carpentry, mechanical engineering, or building materials are preferred.
- 2 years' experience in installation or on-site technical service within the custom home furnishing industry (preferably in cabinets or wardrobes).
- Candidates with training or team management experience preferred.
- Capable of handling various complex installation environments and technical challenges.
- Able to read and interpret design drawings accurately.
- Familiar with a wide range of installation tools, hardware components, and their functions and applications.
- Proficient in the complete installation process, technical standards, and adjustment techniques for European-style high end cabinets, wardrobes, and similar projects.
