Responsibilities

• Installing and wiring lighting control systems, smart devices, shades, speakers, and networks.
• Reading and interpreting plans, making field adjustments, and solving problems on the fly.
• Working with Project Managers who communicate effectively.
• Troubleshooting smart home systems like a detective.
• Being a key member of a team that prioritizes clean installs and great client experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lighting control, A/V, automation, or electrical work.
• A strong understanding of wiring standards, terminations, and systems integration.
• A proactive mindset - taking initiative rather than waiting to be told.
• Solid communication skills.
• An easygoing but professional attitude.
• Pride in your work, including clean installs and proper labeling.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lutron, Crestron, or similar lighting control systems.
• Knowledge of wiring standards and terminations.
• Ability to integrate systems seamlessly.
