Installation Technician

About the role

Introduce customers to the world’s most robust network while delivering best-in-class service. Elevate the customer experience through seamless installation and activation of high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer’s homes and businesses.
• Solve problems and provide solutions to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Meet new people daily and help connect customers to what matters most to them.
• Work independently and adapt to various situations, such as working in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.).
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasionally work overtime, emergency call outs, and holiday work.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.
• Weigh less than 275 lbs, required for ladder safety.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Pass a pre-employment assessment.

Pay

Earnings range from $25.15 to $31.39 per hour. The average starting salary is $58,841 per year.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
