Installation Support / Warehouse
The Role
This is an opportunity for a service-minded professional to work, learn and grow with a team of dedicated professional technicians in door automation service to our customers. Install automatic and manual door equipment, storefront framing, miscellaneous break metal coverage, and tie into electrical power supplied as necessary. Install and assist in the installation of revolver doors as needed. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing component raw material inventories to ensure accuracy and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining daily cycle count schedule and updating Baan with cycle count adjustments as needed (some part numbers stored in multiple locations)
- Resolving discrepancies between Baan and physical inventory
- Verifying inventory locations and updating as needed
- Maintaining inventory by Location spreadsheet
- Identifying potential Bill of Material problems and send information to Manufacturing Support
- Performing receiving duties (will require obtaining forklift certification)
- Verifying accuracy of Baan inventory when deemed necessary by Exception Report
- Keeping office and warehouse clean
- Parts pick-up/delivery to jobsites when necessary
- Core returns
- Absorb and assist Installation coordinator/Operations Manager as needed
What You Will Need
- A high school diploma or GED
- Self-motivated with desire to learn and make improvements
- Quality conscious with high degree of accuracy
- Must have at least one year of experience working in manufacturing environment
- Must have at least one year of experience in cycle counting process
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Must have some ERP/Microsoft Office computer experience
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Most of the day will be spent on the warehouse floor

Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 due to job-related responsibilities.
- Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within one (1) year of employment and maintain certification as required.
