Responsibilities
- Bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites.
- Effectively manage resources and lead a union represented workforce.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
- Use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
Requirements
- Familiarity and comfort in leading a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors in vicinity.
- Implementing and monitoring safety guidelines as a top priority for you and your team.
- Taking pride in providing learning opportunities for your team.
- Able to manage a schedule and track your team’s overall performance.
- An appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant construction expertise.
- Supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce.
- Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $121,000.00 – $158,760.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
