Key Responsibilities
- Lead retail installation projects, including merchandising resets, fixture assembly, remodels, relocations, and repairs.
- Plan and coordinate workloads, staffing, schedules, and project timelines using company systems.
- Partner with Field Management to execute customer programs and respond to changing business needs.
- Build strong relationships with store management to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards, safety requirements, budgets, and project deadlines.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in accordance with company policies.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to support retail partners.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using mobile technology, scheduling applications, and Microsoft Office or similar business software.
- Ability to interpret planograms, diagrams, and written project instructions.
- Valid driver's license meeting American Greetings' driving requirements.
