Responsibilities

• Bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites.
• Effectively manage resources and lead a union represented workforce.
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
• Manage a schedule and track team performance.
• Implement and monitor safety guidelines.
• Provide learning opportunities for your team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant construction expertise.
• Supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce.
• An appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.

Qualifications

• A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing teams on construction sites.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and building codes.

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $115,400.00 – $151,410.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
