Job Overview

Infinity Replacement is a dedicated window and door replacement business, delivering premium fiberglass products through a direct-to-consumer model. Our Project Managers are key to ensuring exceptional installation experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct final measurements for windows and doors
  • Provide installation solutions aligned with customer expectations
  • Serve as the first point of contact on-site, setting expectations and confirming job completion walkthrough timing
  • Communicate job-specific details to installation crews
  • Assist installation partners with questions and concerns
  • Allocate appropriate materials and job-cost labor rates
  • Resolve project and customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct job completion walkthroughs with homeowners
  • Demonstrate window and door operation
  • Complete the Zero-Defect checklist
  • Deliver the customer gift bag
  • Document and follow up on any outstanding work

Requirements

  • Proven experience working directly with customers and homeowners
  • Solid understanding of construction documents, methods, and installation techniques
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Construction experience, especially in home improvement or window replacement
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, push/pull, and carry up to 40 lbs; stand for at least 6 hours per day; and climb ladders and stairs
  • Experience measuring and installing replacement windows

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Construction experience, especially in home improvement or window replacement

Pay

$85,000 - $95,000, pay based on experience
