Installation Manager

About the role

TWC Services, Inc. is an industry leader in Commercial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Commercial Cooking Equipment. With over 115 years of experience and 34 offices in the Southeast, we are looking for an Installation Manager to help us maintain our position as the best service company in the region.

Responsibilities

• Quotes and Estimates Management: Leads quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce. Obtains client approval and advocates for maintenance contracts, equipment replacement, and other in-scope service work.
• Project Planning: Oversees installation teams to ensure they are briefed on the Statement of Work (SOW). Starts projects and ensures they meet current code requirements and are ready for final inspection. Orders permits and meets inspectors as needed.
• Work Order Management: Assists Service Technicians with technical problem-solving and ensures timely delivery of materials and supplies. Reviews open work orders with leadership, validates accuracy of notes, and makes adjustments prior to invoicing.
• Operational Efficiency: Maintains high-quality operational standards by following best practices to maximize workflows, technology, and information. Manages key performance indicators to ensure consistency across locations and adherence to the TWC Way. Includes daily service ticket review, maintaining hold board statuses, attending 3:00 meetings, and following dispatch best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry
• Bachelor's in Engineering or completion of a Technical Training Program
• Moderate travel required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
